Ballroom Bowl’s location at The Tenor, overlooking Toronto’s iconic Yonge-Dundas Square, showcases a bold transformation of a former third-floor restaurant and food court into a vibrant entertainment space. Executed by BUILD IT, the project involved complex demolition and reconfiguration within one of the city’s busiest commercial hubs. The resulting design integrates 15 duckpin bowling lanes, upscale dining, and social gaming areas within a modern, immersive environment. High-end millwork, custom finishes, and advanced mechanical systems contribute to the venue’s polished aesthetic and functional sophistication. This adaptive reuse reflects a seamless blend of architectural innovation and entertainment-focused construction, reinforcing The Tenor as a key urban destination.
