The renovation of CARFAX’s office space serves as an exceptional example of adaptive reuse within a heritage building. Initially part of the historic Kellogg manufacturing facility in London, Ontario, this space has now been transformed to meet the modern needs of over 230 staff members while preserving its storied past.
 
Under the insightful design vision of Matter Architectural Studio, the renovation carefully intertwined contemporary design elements with the industrial character of the original structure. This thoughtful approach not only honors the building’s history but also creates an inspiring environment for today’s tech-savvy workforce.
